Much better.

WOD

1A) 30 Minutes of sled pushing a med-light sled. Rest as needed but accumulate a total of 30 minutes.

1B) EMOM 12 Minutes.
       3 Touch and go power snatches 
       First 4 Minutes - 135#
       Last 8 Minutes - 140# 

Felt really solid through this, MUCH better from yesterdays power snatches. It felt like a metcon through this.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       10 Hollow rocks with two 10# DB's
       10 Sideways box jumps - 32" 
Rest short between rounds

3A) None



Light volume today. Tomorrow rest then competition on Saturday.
