1A) 5 Sets, and 1 set is of the following.
5 Bench presses at a med-heavy weight
5 Bench presses at a heavy weight
5 Bench presses at a Heavy weight
Then go back down.
Rest while partner does his set.
Holy crap, I only got through 4 sets and called it. I used, 185#, 205#, 215#. Pretty happy getting 60 reps with these heavy weights.
2A) None
3A) Partner sled push.
400 Meters total pushing a medium sled.
One person sprints for 15-20 Meters other person takes over.
Rest as needed. IF NEEDED.
This was a freaking gasser, extremely fun though and hey I got the lawn mowed doing this haha!
