GRIP

WOD


1A) Back Squat
       5 x 4 - 78%

1B) Push Press
       5 x 5 - 73%

1C) Snatch Pull
       5 x 5 - 93%

Everything went great the snatch pulls were starting to get difficult as my lower back still isn't fully recovered.

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
       3 Inverted hangs to back levers
       12 Second L-sit on floor
       Rest 45 Seconds between rounds.

Inverted hangs oh man killed, and the L-sits of course.

3A) AMRAP 12 Minutes.
       5 Shoulder 2 Overhead - 160#
       10 Weighted Step Ups - 24" Box, 40# DB in hands
       25 Meter Farmers Walk - 45# Plate In Each hand On FINGERTIPS
I got 6 Rounds + 5S2OH + 10 WSU

Straight GRIP killer! This was difficult, my shoulders were on fire and my legs oh man. I felt really strong on the shoulder to overhead part and the farmers carry hurt my forearms in such a different way.
