1A) 2 Position Snatch (Floor, Mid Thigh)
75% - 5 Sets
Was a little wobbly the first set but got in the groove the last 4 sets, I think this is the most I have ever hang snatched. GREAT
2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
10 V-Ups With 15# Vest
4 Muscle Ups With 15# Vest
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.
Vest added a little more of a challenge but got through it well.
3A) 3 Rounds each round for time.
10 OH Squats - 135#
14 Bent Over DB Rows - 50# Each Hand
18 Plyo Push Ups
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.
This wasn't bad at all, barely broke a sweat and got everything unbroken. I didn't use wrist straps so it hurt my wrists on the OH squats but whatever.
1st Round: 1:00
2nd Round: 1:00
3rd Round: 1:10
Rested about 45 minutes then.
3B) 10-1 Pistols With 15# Vest On (each leg 10R / 10L, 9R / 9L Etc.)
1-10 Weighted Burpeez - 30# DB in each hand and 15# vest on
My time: 8:22
Now this was a push, my legs are probably going to be wrecked tomorrow. I feel like my conditioning is going up because after this I was breathing HARD and sweating but I didn't have to lie on the ground. Within 5 minutes I was cool.....
