Late night metcon

WOD


1A) In 12 Minutes establish a 1rm snatch
       190# PR!!!

SO freaking pumped. I am going to get 200# within the next month.

1B) Snatch push press
       3 x 3 - 205#

1C) Snatch Pulls
       3 x 3 - 220#

2A) 5 Sets.
       2 Toes 2 bar
       Shake it out
       4 Toes 2 bar
       Shake it out
       6 Toes 2 bar
       Shake it out
       8 Toes 2 bar
Rest 1 Minute.
Try to keep all sets unbroken, if need to break no penalty.

Got tough by the 4th set but got it unbroken.

EMOM 20 Minutes.
Even Minutes - 5 OH Squats - 135#
Odd Minutes - 10 Bent over DB rows -50# each hand

I upped the OH squats by 1 every 5th round so by the last 5 rounds I was at 8. Felt very strong throughout this, not even breathing hard at all.
