Clean 3RM, getting stronger

WOD


1A) Clean 3RM
       240#!!

1B) Clean and Jerk
       5 x 2 - 80% Reset before each one
       Rest 80 Seconds between each set.

Really happy with the 3rm clean. I felt very strong and can tell my form and strength has increased dramatically I can't wait to go for a new 1rm c&j, the 5 x 2 was tough resting 80 seconds I was sweating like it was a metcon!

2A) 5 Rounds not for time.
      10 Hollow Rocks - 15# DB in each hand
      20 Meter Sled pull - 140#
      Rest 30 Seconds between rounds.

This built up lactic acid in my legs quick on the pulls, hollow rocks are always good.

3A) 3 Rounds each for time.
       3 Back Squats - 80% of 1RM (285#)
       300 Meter Run
       3 Back Squats
       Rest 1:1

1st Round: 1:34
2nd Round: 1:47
3rd Round: 1:54

Great one, it hurt going hard and the weight never got to heavy.
Tomorrow final testing, 3RM shoulder press.
