Park

Got this all done at this park by my friends house.

Strength
Walking Lunges
5 x 12 - 155# (friend)

WOD
3 Rounds Each For Time.
125 Meter Sprint (15 meters uphill)
10 Strict chest 2 bar pull ups
125 Meter Sprint (15 meters downhill)
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
Round 1: :57
Round 2: 1:12
Round 3: 1:36

The strength was awkward because I had to fireman carry my bro on the lunges but it worked out.  The wod was a good burner and hurt. The runs especially after the lunges and up that hill hurt. The pull ups got hard by the second round, I have never done strict chest to bar before. Felt like throwing up after but kept it in. Oh and 168th in nor cal so far in the open I'm moving up!!!
