Worked with my dad this morning from 8am. - 3pm. Shoveling and moving and planting plants. We moved 2 big queen palms that weighed close to 400# me, my dad, my uncle.

EMOTM 10 Minutes.
1 Legless rope climb
WOD
AMRAP 12 Minutes.
50-40-30-20-10, Double Unders
30-25-20-15-10, Push Ups
For 12 minutes go through the sequence once finished with the 10 double unders, 10 pushups, start back from the beginning of the WOD. Score is how far you get through in 12 minutes.
I finished 2 full rounds of the wod.
So in total.
300 double unders, 210 Push ups
I could have gotten 1 more rep on the bench but on the third rep it was to high up and I exerted to much energy on that third rep so I got 4 reps with 230# but I still can't complain with that. The skill was good me and my dad started from the floor with no jump. The WOD didn't start to suck until I started the second round and had to go through the sequence again. Total muscle failure on the push ups plus the bench didn't help. Me and my dad talked and were going to start training together seriously. We have different strength but we are going to do the same skill and same WODS. It's going to push us both and make us better. God bless
