60 meter waiters walk - 70# (30 meters left arm/30 meters right)

Rest about 45 seconds.
Max ring dips in 2 minutes.
I got 38 reps
I just back squated about 20# over double my body weight for 3 sets of 5.. Nothing much to say. The WOD sucked more than I thought. Didn't have to break on the wall ball shots but the c2b I had to on the 2nd round. The max ring dips just finished me. Beautiful day today. God bless
