My legs were in no way recovered for this. I felt like an 8 out of 10 on soreness before starting this WOD.
AMRAP 12 Minutes.
150 wall balls - 20#
90 double unders
30 muscle ups
I got 240 reps
Had no push in the wall ball. But I learned I need to do these wods farther apart from eachother in order to do them twice. Hopefully the next wod is one I will just destroy. God bless.
