12.3 AGAIN with VENGENCE

Today all I had on my mind was 12.3 and how I wanted to kill it.... Went in to the gym and attacked it again with the class.

WOD
Open WOD 12.3
AMRAP 18 Minutes.
15 Box jumps - 24"
12 Push presses - 115#
9 Toes 2 bar
I got 9 Rounds + 16 reps

So stoked with how I performed tonight, I just realized from the beginning I have a long time so just keep a constant movement. It worked out great, last night I broke twice on the push presses, today no breaks at all. Going to rest for 2 days because I am wrecked. God bless
