Today I am pretty sore overall. I had an amazing experience with grace as 35 kids sat around and watched me and cheered me on. The Grace was totally unexpected but I promised my friend when the class did it I will.

With a partner AMRAP 12 minutes.
One person works while other rest
1st guy does 10 pushups, 35 meter sprint, 3 long box jumps about 30", 35 meter sprint back to start.
Then I go 6 KB swings - 86#, 35 meter sprint, 3 long box jumps, 35 meter sprint back to start. That's 1 round.
We got 9 rounds + 1/2 another round
So Grace was great I pr'd by 2 minutes and 23 seconds! Probably could have gotten a faster time if it wasn't my 5th day on but hey unknown right? The second wod was fun (in that sick crossfit sense) and what I mean by long box jumps is the thing we jumped in was half a foot away from us and pretty high. Different and a gasser. We did that wod at a park Blair Morrison style. ps. Blair Morrison is one of my favorite athletes. Now time for a 2 day rest! God bless.
