3 wods

Here we go another week of training. LETS DO IT

Strength
Back Squat 3 x 5 - 310#

WODS
1st WOD. 11:30 am.
4 person team. 1 person works while others rest, complete 4 rounds for time the whole team.
25 meter sled push - 145#
15 hand release push ups
Time for total group: 11:29

2nd WOD 3:30 pm.
2 person team. 1 person works other rests, AMRAP 12 minutes. Both must complete for 1 round.
3 muscle ups (my partner did 3 ring pull ups)
70 meter buddy carry - 145# friend
We got 5, 1/2 rounds I went first so in total I did 18 muscle ups and 450 meter carry.

3rd WOD 5:30 pm.
For Time.
5,4,3,2,1
full snatch - 135#
15 deficet sit ups between each set.
My Time: 6:29

I can see this back squat progression going longer than I thought. To clarify each week on Sunday I add 5# to 3 x 5 till I can't get 5 then I am going to lower to 4 x 4 then 5 x 3 then so on. 310# is 10# over my 1rm from 8 months ago.... The first wod was more like a warmup. It wasn't that bad it was just 100% every time it was your turn.  The second wod was way more challenging. There was really no rest when your partner went. Trying to hold on to your partner was exerting energy also. 3rd wod went way better then I thought. I did this one in in-shape and the bars there are weird. Heaviest full snatches I have done in a wod so really happy with my time. Tomorrow might be another 3. God bless
