I haven't posted for over a couple a months due to not having access to a computer but here I am back and better then ever. My mind is set, excuses.... There are none.
5 Rounds Untimed.
5 Strict weighted pull ups - 63#
15 Hollow rocks with 10#
Rest shortly between rounds
Then.
Hang snatch 5 x 2 @ 75%
Rest 5 minutes then.
AMRAP 5 Minutes.
5 Tire flips - 250#
5 Double KB push presses - 53#
Got 5 Rounds + 2 Tire flips
Rest 2 minutes then.
AMRAP 5 Minutes.
5 Ring dips
5 Grass hoppers (leg leg = 1rep)
Got 9 Rounds + 2 Grass hoppers
The strict pull ups were tough, that was the most I have ever used on sets and happy I got through all 5. Hollow rocks are a real challenging movement and I feel like something is going to burst through my stomach every time I do these. I felt pretty good on the snatches, focusing on keeping the back angle the same until the 3rd pull then FAST under the freaking bar hip explosion. The amraps were good, kb push presses are awkward and I like working the awkward movements as I feel they transfer over to simple movements. The second amrap was just go go go! no reason to stop and my shoulders were just screaming!!
I am going to post also what I did today when I do do it.
