7 Pull Ups
Results: 5 Rounds + 6 BP


So I switched EVERYTHING up.
I'm not doing catalyst anymore. To much to keep up with and to much time costed. So now my programming is 
Rocklin Strength for the day of.
Crossfit Park City metcon for the day of. 
Lets see how this goes for a couple weeks.
