    Wearing a 10 Pound Vest.
    One rounds consists of:
    1 Handstand Push Up
    1 Strict Pull Up
    1 Kettle Bell Swing
    3 Handstand Push Ups
    3 Strict  Pull Ups
    3 Kettle Bell Swings
    5 Handstand Push Ups
    5 Strict  Pull Ups
    5 Kettle Bell Swings

    RESULTS: 6 Rounds +1+1+1


    NOTE: Got the pull ups and kettle bell swings unbroken
