Warm up: 10 OH squats
                 9 Dislocates
                 8 Ring rows
                 7 Push press, bar
                 6 Med ball cleans 
                 5 Broad Jumps 
                   Then back up 


STRENGTH: 
  • Mid-hang or block snatch - 70% x 3 x 3
  • Mid-hang or block clean - 70% x 3 x 3
METCON: 
8 Rounds
3 Dumbell thrusters, 50#
5 Toes 2 Bar
7 Push-ups
9 Box Jumps  20"
   Holding 20# Dumbells in each hand.
