Started off the day with.

6 Muscle ups
I got 4 rounds, I could definitely feel the ring dips from yesterday.
Then did.
30 Deficit HSPU for time - 4" deficit
My time - 3:32
Muscle failure hit QUICK on this.
Later in the evening I did some snatching.
EMOM 10 Minutes.
1 Power snatch + 1 High hang power snatch - 155#
Felt quick and powerful with the bar.
Did after.

Lateral box jump overs - 30"

Front squats - 275#
