Straight after did.
3 x 1 Minute ME ring dips with 20#
Got 30,19,15
Straight after build to a 1rm bench press.
225# Felt really heavy so I stopped there.
A little later I did.
3 Rounds.
5 Back squats - 300#
25 ft. handstand walk
Rest 1 Minute between.
Solid day of training. Tomorrow we run our first classes at the new spot BS&C.
