So I followed Outlaw's everything also conditioning and these were my past PR's this month.
Snatch - 210# (5# PR)
Deadlift - 445# (20# PR)
Back Squat - 385# (20# PR)
Helen - 8:04 (2 Minute and 30 second PR)
Diane - 2:57 (5 Minute PR)
Fran - 3:06 (2 Minute 20 second PR)
I am really happy that I was forced to do the 3 girls and have solid numbers...
I am going to start programming my conditioning again, But still follow Outlaw's strength. When the girls come around again when he puts them up on the sit I will retest. To just see how much of a PR I will make on my own conditioing work. Starting tomorrow.
