Crazy past 2 weeks.
Got my level 1 olympic lifting cert.
Got asked to join a national team. (California strength)
Said yes.
Haven't done a metcon in about a week.
Today talked to my parents.
Seems like it's just going to be easier follow Outlaw to the T
Back to Crossfit back to the garage. Oh how I missed you.
Maybe when I turn 18 it will be easier to be on a international team.

Snatch of high blocks (from hip)
130,140,150,160,170F,170F
Back Squat
1 rep every 30 seconds for 2 minutes - 90% (Hold the bar on your back for the total of 2 Minutes.
Rest 3 Minutes.
1 rep every 30 seconds for 1:30
Rest 2 Minutes
1 rep every 30 seconds for 1:00
Might have been one of the hardest things I have ever done....
Couple hours later.
5 sets.
10 Weighted back ext. - 25#
10 Weighted GHD sit ups - 25#
Rest 1 Minute between.
Rested a few minutes then.
AMRAP 10 Minutes.
50ft. Burpee broad jump
15 strict pull ups
ALL with a 20# vest.
Got 4 Rounds + the burpee broad jumps + 11 pull ups
Had to start kipping last couple rounds.
