Tempo GHD sit ups
3 x 10 (3 second descent 3 second ascent.)

Today my back was extremely sore but still.

Back Squat
8 x 3 @ 80%
Rest 60 seconds between.

Clean from blocks below knees.
5 x 3
185, 205, 210, 210, 210

This was extremely mental because of my back.

3 Rounds.
1 Minute pistol wall balls -25# (alternating)
1 Minute handstand walk - 10 Meters is 1 rep.
