GH terror

Started with 1000 meter row

Did pause cleans at knees and jerk.
Worked up to a heavy set of
2 pause cleans and 1 jerk

I got up to 225#

Then Back squatted.

8 x 3 - 85% (315#)

Felt great through this, didn't rest to long between sets.

Went heavy on push press.
5 x 1

That's a big PR.

Couple minutes later I did something fun... Not really

Death by ring muscle up to handstand push up
I got into 4 rounds and finished 2 on the 5's

This burnt my shoulders quick!

Rested for about an hour, mobilized.

Did a heavy one.

20 Meter handstand walk
4 Power cleans
15 Meter handstand walk
3 Power cleans
10 Meter handstand walk
2 Power cleans
5 Meter handstand walk
1 Power clean

My time - 3:23

Went balls out on this one....

Finished the day with a movement I have never done before.

3 Sets of 7 Glute ham raises.
