Just rest.

I know we all do it, heck I admit myself I've done it many times before.  When you have a rest day and you just keep on thinking of your training and what to do tomorrow and maybe even the day after.  It's called an addiction.  Now don't get all freaked out that you just found out your an addict.  It's a good addiction but sometimes even to much of a good thing can go bad.  If it gets in the way of family life, friends, job (if your a trainer it's not bad) etc.  Then something is wrong.  But talking about it 24/7 and even thinking about it just as long is not very good.  We need to learn how to just REST on REST days.  Not just a physical rest but also mental.  I still need much more practice in this area..... MUCH MUCH MORE.  But like anything else practice will allow you to become better at it

As for what I am doing today.
Eating clean and a whole bunch.
Drinking a lot of water.
Hanging out with friends.
Also stretched for about 30 minutes.
