Deadlift 5 Rep Max
340# Not really a 5 rep max but last time I pulled a heavy 5 was 330# so I just added 10# it felt not that bad.
Then.
AMRAP 10 Minutes:
2 Deadlifts - 80% of 5RM (270#)
10 Plyo Push Ups
Results: 13 Rounds
