Squat clean and jerk - 165#
Results: 18 Rounds (36 Points)

3 x 500 Meter rows
2 Minute rest between

Sled Pull and reverse Pull 50 meters
3 Trips at 90#
3 at 115#

Bench press 3 x 5

Weighted Ring pull ups
5 x 5 increasing weight each set
