NOT FAST slow and steady.

8 Trips 60 yards:
6 Pulls at 100lbs
2 Pushes at 95lbs

Rest as Needed then.

8 Rounds for time
3 Squat cleans - 135lbs
9 Kettlebell swings - 55lb
