4 Squat Clean and Jerks

2 Squat Clean and Jerks
Load - Men: 135, Ladies - 83
WOD 2
As Many Rounds/Reps in 10 Minutes:
With a 10 minute clock, the athlete will first run approximately 800m. Once the 800m run is complete, the athlete will begin the triplet and no more running is necessary.
5 Deadlift 275/185
6 Burpees over Barbell
10 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
Floater WOD
The Floater WOD can be completed at any time once the competition begins. There will be one dedicated judge for both men and women.
