  • Clean & jerk - 75% x 1 x 3
  • Clean pull - 90% (of clean) x 3 x 3
  • Clean deadlift - 100% (of clean) x 3 x 3
                 
METCON: 3 Rounds - 7 Full Snatches, 115lb
                                     9 Burpeez over the bar
                                     30 Double Unders (unbroken)

Note: First time ever doing full snatches in a WOD felt good.
