                 10 OH squats - pvc
                 10 push jerks - 45# bar
                 75 single unders 
                 10 OH squats - pvc 
                 10 push jerks - 45# bar
                 100 single unders


STRENGTH: 
  • Jerk - 80% x 2 x 2; 85% x 2 x 2
  • Snatch push press - 70% x 5, 75% x 5, 80% x 5 x 2
METCON: 
5 Rounds
10 OH squats - 100#
50 Double unders 


TIME: 10:15


NOTE: only broke once on the OH squats
