Deficit deadlifts
10 x 2 - 55% (235#)
Rest 60 seconds between.
Seated DB press
5 x 6 - 50#
Rest 60 seconds between and complete after every other set of deads.
This was good, the deads were fast and DB presses were a solid push.
20 Minutes later I did.
For 20 minutes, start a new round every 2 minutes.
10 Box jumps - 32"
10 C2B pull ups
This didn't start to get hard till the final 4 rounds, all c2b's were unbroken and I felt smooth on the butterfly the box jumps started to burn my legs but still got it unbroken. I was sweating like crazy.
Going to swim later maybe some interval stuff.
